Daily Exercise Topic


I am 52 years old and I go walking with my dogs for 2 miles. How much walking are others doing? What results are you seeing from your exercise.

My walks make me feel more energetic and also more mentally alert. But slow to dropping weight.


I'm 46, my goal is 10000 steps. My new watch helps.


I hope this group starts back up. I'm 56, a production manager. 50-55 hour work weeks, yadda, yadda, yadda. I'm down 26 lbs over the past six weeks. Diet and 6 miles a day (per FitBit) is doing it. Please respond if yours looking for support?
