where do I enter my daily weight so this all works right? Help

I day on the plan, 1 lb. lost!


Lost 2 lbs! That's a total of 3 lbs. in 2 days. Unbelievable! I really stuck to the plan and exercised for 45 min.


Way to go Karenajones! Hope you are still on track. I'm struggling with weekends. Lose 2 lbs during the week; gain it back. Such a struggle


I have a real hard time with weekends too! Seems like I have to start over on Mondays all the time. I just don't have any will power :(


Me too! Weekends are VERY difficult! I was going to start on the plan Saturday, but decided to start on Monday. That will give me a few days to decide how I will address next weekend when we are camping.


Please let me know if you find out how to track daily weight. I looked and do not see how to do it. With this nice of a program, it should not be this hard!


You can enter your weight on the "Plan" page where it says "Current Weight" if using the website or press on the "Weight" button on home page of the iPhone app. That's how I do it, unless there is a better way...
