About me

Current goal: To lose nearly 40 lbs over the next two years. I've set my daily plan to lose faster, but I'll be pleased whenever I make it there. So I guess my current goal is to lose 20 lb by end of August 2010.
Favorite diets: None by name: just sensible
Favorite activities: Lifting, swimming, kayaking, Spinning, stepmill, hiking
Need help with: Staying on track when I'm sleep-deprived and stressed from parenting 2 young kids. Need to figure out how to balance vigorous exercise and rest.

More info: Extremely healthy except for my overweight. I'm good with exercise and know a lot about eating well. I prefer to eat six meals a day, little meat or dairy or sugar, emphasis on whole foods and fish.
