To lose nearly 40 lbs over the next two years. I've set my daily plan to lose faster, but I'll be pleased whenever I make it there. So I guess my current goal is to lose 20 lb by end of August 2010. |

Extremely healthy except for my overweight. I'm good with exercise and know a lot about eating well. I prefer to eat six meals a day, little meat or dairy or sugar, emphasis on whole foods and fish. |
