Weight loss is really in the mind. Understanding that your decisions govern your body is crucial. It took me years to decide to look at food as a fuel system and not a luxury. This app helps that by allowing you to scan the food you intake daily and make decisions on facts and not how you feel.

You literally are what you eat so deciding to eat healthy makes you healthy and apps like this make that decision all that easier.

I’m not sure if anyone reads these posts but if there are readers I will continue to post updates on my weight loss journey.
