Developing a relaxing night rountine Topic


I need to develop a relaxing night routine so I dont eat so mucy. It used to be that I never had problems sleeping at night but now I do. I also used to stay out very late at night now I dont. I dont watch TV but I will listed to the radio, read, and be on the computer. Sometimes I heard that it is better to turn of the computer at night.


What does your night routine look like now? Why do you think you eat at night?


It changes. I know my wlllpower is at its lowest.

Right now I go to bed, get restless and get something to eat. As I am getting older, I am having more problems sleeping.


My husband eats late a night so there is food around.


I am now trying to meditate just before I got to bed. I used try doing it in the morning. It does quiet my mind at night.


I play too much chess online at night during the week. Need to figure out a plan.


I am going to try a hand meditation which might help at night. Computer off by 7:00.


still eating too much at night but lost a pound. I am having general problems will sleeping.


Still have problems sleeping. I am using fitbit healthy sleeping to try to limit night eating.
