If I pay the one time payment in the app store of my iphone, do I unlock much of the dashboard items or does that only happen if I buy a subscription?

Right now the on the free version the Meals Medicines and Trackers section have the lock symbol and when I click on them it says "Available in MyNetDiary Premium"

I also want to track the Diabetic carbs, and not just the total carbs

if the one time payment of the Diabetes Tracker gives me all that it is all I need. I feel I could do without the premium features

Anyone using just the one time payment Diabetes Tracker from MyNetDiary, or do most of you go for the Premium? If you are paying for Premium subscription, what does it give you that the one time payment Diabetes Tracker does not?

Premium offers a few additional features, such as being able to make carbs the main source of info on your dashboard rather than calories. Mostly, I like being able to sync my data across Fitbit and MyNetDiary, which you can’t do without premium.

Paul here. I used the premium for 2 years 5 years ago lost 20 lbs stopped at 175 lbs just started up today at 195lbs I am 72 and started as a type 1 when I was 20 I now have the Tandem insulin pump and the Dexcom glucose monitor. Now I HAVE to enter carbs for the pump to automatically add insulin works great.

Welcome back Paul! I am also Type 1 and have been using Medtronics pump for 22 years. Now I use the Libre3 love it. This tells me my blood sugar ranges but doesn’t talk to my pump unfortunately. I’ve completely changed how I eat from reading the book Mastering Diabetes. It’s taken time, but it works. I recommend it to all type diabetics.
