About me

Current goal: I want to get healthy in a balanced, safe way. I need to lose at least 75 lbs.!
Favorite diets: Atkins New, Microfasting, Mediterranean
Favorite activities: Publishing books, but I don't think that's what is meant by "activity"!
Need help with: Using MND efficiently with microfasting (eating only within an 8-hour period each day), dealing with weight gain from meds I have to take.

More info: I am into kefir making (both water and milk grains) and kombucha (probably just as vinegar). I'm also trying to grow things inside my apartment that I can eat (like sweet potato leaves) that are good for me.
