Maintaining is hard. Also I have a problem with always being hungry. No matter how much I eat a few minutes later my hunger pains come back. These are horrible painful hunger pains. I never had them when I was younger. Makes it really hard not to eat. I do it but sometimes it’s so hard and my depression gets worse. Wish I knew how to get the hunger pains to stop

It sounds like you may already be doing this, if not, make sure to eat something every 4 hours and each time you eat try to include some lean protein and non starchy veggies. The fiber in the veggies and the lean protein will help to keep you full. If you find you are really struggling with depression this time of year (the holidays can be rough) don't hesitate to reach out to your doctor and a professional counselor. My biggest struggle is cookies or any bakery items and chocolate and peanut butter! I allow myself to have Hershey kisses since they are small and I love the Yasso bars!! I go in spurts when I crave chips. I like kale chips with the popcorn seasonings on it. I get cravings before my monthly and during that time I try to allow myself to have chocolate. I have been pre making breakfast and lunches. I make a quinoa power breakfast that includes almond butter, banana, almond milk, quinoa and blueberries! I love it! Then I chop up ham, veggies , fruit and make these lunch snack boxes


I struggle with actually doing the diets the minute I'm determined to do it, another food I enjoy just gets shoved in my face and gets me off course. Exercise is also a struggle I always find some excuse to not do it but have to and just get through it. So far mynetdiary has not let me down!

At first it was hard for me to stick with it ! But over the last few months I’ve gotten it into my head that it’s not hard if I don’t make it hard I’ve never been a picky eater so that is a plus . I started about 6 months ago and I’ve lost 46 lbs . I think my problem is I just want faster results lol 😆 I want to be at my goal weight now and I know it don’t work like that ! This app has helped me out a lot and I’m very thankful!!!!!
