Easy protein tip Topic

I have troubles hitting my protein in. I'm doing a challenge and the best treat packed with protein is protein fluff. 1 1/2 cup of fat free cottage cheese. Put in food processor to make it more fluff like. Stir in sugar free pudding or jello and then put in 8 oz of fat free cool whip. Amazing!

how many calories is your protein fluff recipe?

Why not just eat the cottage cheese and some fresh fruit skip the chemicals?

8 oz of "fat free" cool whip has 375 cal and 25g sugar - and how is it "fat free" if it contains hydrogenated oils?

I agree with RainbowEater, as much as possible, try to use whole foods as your first choice. You'll get more protein and less added fat, sugar, and salt. Even if you are trying to gain weight, try the healthier whole foods first.
