Easy, quick recipes Topic

Hello everyone, I'm Bee. I'm originally from Norway but currently live in the U.K., I'm a student at university and need some super easy recipes with limited ingredients. I usually eat things like Pita bread with tuna & sweetcorn, warm chicken wraps but I'm looking for more easy quick recipes! Thanks a lot guys xox

Hi BeeDarxx- Welcome to the MND community! Great question. I am curious to hear what suggestions others having. Finding new and interesting recipes helps to stay on track. Flavor fatigue from eating the same foods day in and day out is a real thing. We have some recipes on our site (look under Blog). Here are some of my favorite recipe websites. Also, once you find a recipe you like it is really easy to enter it on MND under your green FOOD tab, under "My recipes"

I'm a huge fan of homemade hummus. It will take 15-20 minutes to make, but then it's a ready lunch for the rest of your week and it's super easy to make if you have a blender or food processor. I'm a student as well and I will usually make some on the weekend and then package it in serving size ready containers. That way I can grab it with some veggies, fruit, or pretzels on my way to school in the morning.

Great idea Negraham! It is funny you mention this as I just made some homemade hummus this week in my Nutribullet. I added a bit of cumin to the recipe which I think made it even better. Have a great weekend! Joanna
