Hi All
http://www.prixfixe.net/pdf/Prix%20Fixe%20A%20La%20Carte%20Menu.pdf
I'm going here for dinner and I have no idea how to use my 700 remaining cal. I was thinking goats cheese salad with aubergine and dressing on the side. I know this will likely go over 700 cal. Maybe I can tell them I can't eat goats cheese and ask for extra aubergine instead?!
I don't want to sabotage my progress - it's not even the weekend yet!
Thanks

Hi Lasa87-I am sure you made a really healthy decision at dinner!
I looked at the menu and I thought the smoked chicken salad looked pretty tasty and healthy. You could ask the server, in a situation like that for some more information about the dressing. Typically vinegar based dressing (such as Italian or balsamic) have less calories than blue cheese or the creamy dressings. Great idea to order the dressing on the side! Even if you went over by a few calories, you can always cut back tomorrow. You have such a special event to prepare for. Good luck! Joanna (Dietician)
