I have noticed that the App publishes our advances as a group. As well as the number of members of the group that were successful with their food plan during the last week.


I have a question, is it normal to feel depressed if I am under target and not reaching my goals??? I feel like I want to quit and eat just what I want....

I feel you! I get really discouraged because it seems like I'm putting SO much into this--time, effort, sweat, tears--and many days the scale goes nowhere. I just keep telling myself to wait until the next morning, weigh in, and then see how I feel. 3 times of of 4 I see a tiny change for the better on my weight, so I keep going. I don't want to waste all the time I've given to this "journey!" Keep at it, it gets better. Promise.
