Is there a way for the website/app to suggest foods based on my food value settings to round out my daily goals?


Hello Gmajka,

That sounds like a great idea! At this time, we do not have that feature however I will pass that concept on to our developers. They are always looking for new features to make the app even better.

For now, I always recommend that when you track you take the time to look at your daily intake and use that data to plan for rest of day. In a practical sense, it gives you the ability to use the food record and data as a tool to plan ahead. In essense, you are using the data to learn about how foods and exercise fit in your day to meet your goals. You can learn a lot about your habits and how to tweak portions, food choices, exercise, etc to help you reach your goals.
