Hey all-
When you enter in exercise and your allotted leftover calories goes up-- do you eat the extra calories or no? I have heard arguments for both (faster weight loss if not eaten, but steadier healthier weight loss if consumed).
Thoughts?

I eat the calories. When I first started my fitness journey, I was using calorie counters and would burn 500+ calories a day working out, giving me loads extra calories. I was noticing low muscle growth at that time too. My point is your body needs those extra calories. Make sure they're healthy calories though!
