Exercise every day HIIT losing fat but not weight Topic


Hello I think the title says everything. Is there anybody doing High intensity interval training every day( for one hour) + counting calories(I consume about 500/600 calories a day) and still not losing weight on scales?
But I can feel the fat has gone I can wear my old clothes and new clothes are too big now


Hello Tinatinman- Nice job on your workouts! HIIT produces a lot of healthy benefits to your body including weight loss. As you likely already know, the best way to lose weight is to change what you are eating. To ensure you are getting in all your vitamins and minerals as well as essential fatty acids, we suggest striving for 1,100-1200 calories a day with 60g of protein. I am afraid you are not meeting your needs eating only 5-600 calories a day. I imagine you will have better workouts if you eat a bit more, and likely have more energy after the workouts.
