Exercise talk? Topic


I've been using this useful app for 3wks.
I seem to be needing a gym buddy, anybody out there want to talk exercise?


This years resolution is not to lose weight. I always chose that one and never follow through. This year my goal is simpler and needs a lot less effort than dirt and exercise.

This year I resolve to log my meals. When I do this I know exactly how much and what needs to be done to stay on track. When I don't log my meals even when I exercise, I still gain weight.

I need support but this time to log my shtuff in. I think this can be accomplished!

Exercise talk?
