Hi, I am new to the team. I just had my son 2.5 months ago and have lost 30 lbs. which I am assuming was the natural baby weight. I am now stuck and trying to lose the rest of the "I am pregnant and can do what I want" weight which is about 20 lbs plus another 20 lbs to get down to my ideal weight.
My biggest issue is trying to find time to exercise. Does anyone have any tips? Maybe something that I could do with my baby. I work and have a limited amount of time with him in the evenings the way it is, which is one reason it is hard to find time to exercise.

Hello! I have a 3.5 month old son and I'm also looking to lose about 20lb. Someone suggested to me that I start and end the day with 30 sit ups. Try to incorporate it into your usual morning/ bedtime routine. Also, to try to incorporate some cardio you could go for walks with your son in his buggy or a carrier? Even if its just on days off its a start.

My son just turned 4 months. I'm doing 30 minute DVDs. I told my husband I need 1hr every day for 2 months. I usually do it after I give him a bath and my husband gives him a nighttime bottle and puts him to bed. He enjoys the bonding time and I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything.
