Fat loss AND weight gain Topic


I have lost a LOT of fat over the last 8 years. However, due to 5 x week workouts, I gained muscle mass, and even though I am much slimmer, I weigh more than I look.
The thing is, there's really NO APP out there, that would address the fat loss without weight loss. Not even this one. And fat loss when one works out and does a bodybuilding program is real, but it does not mean that one loses weight. To the contrary, actually, if one knows what one's doing.
I would love the creator of this app to consider what I wrote.

Thank you for the feedback. Congratulations on losing fat and gaining muscle over the years. Your body is so much healthier because of it. Yes, muscle gain can cause the weight to not fully reflect the positive changes you have made. In addition to weight tracking, we do have the option to track measurements. On the dashboard, you will find Measurements when you scroll down below the apple. There, you can track body measurements and body fat and lean muscle percentages to track changes in body composition.
