Coworkers always want to eat something really heavy: pizza, burgers etc. So my office days are usually somewhat hard. Remote work days are way easier.
Been doing some sports - trying to fit some more to my normal week.

I'm not doing so good this week. Very stressed out from work. My boss I gave my boss an approximate timeframe to complete a project and he cut the deadline in half, so I have half the amount of time to complete it now. Very stressed and now am stress eating. I don't even have time to work out at lunch now because I have to complete this project in one week. Going to try yoga at home to calm my nerves and stop the stress eating.

I did something I have NEVER done before, I paid for the Girl Scouts cookies and then DONATED the cookies back to the organization. Essentially, I just donated money instead of actually getting the cookies. I felt great about it and now I don't have to deal with those delicious cookies tormenting me (one of my trigger foods).
Good luck. Maybe bring them to a party and get rid of them ASAP? Hee hee.

Good - glad you are making time for exercise. I also find that my work-at-home days are much easier to help me stay on track than the office-"free lunch/snack" days.
You could get involved in your workplace's wellness committee and help set guidelines on healthier freebies at the office?

Just remember that high stress can lead to less sleep and higher caloric intake. When you have a stretch of h@llish weeks, plan for weight maintenance and have plenty of HEALTHY CARBS easily accessible so that you don't reach for high caloric junk food. The more you plan ahead, the easier it will be. Also, tea can help give you an energy boost without sending you over the caffeine edge.

Well I surpassed my goal and am back to lower stress work. I was actually able to run today. It felt great. I haven't run since summer because of some back problems but I've been really working hard on the elliptycal. It just felt good to get back in the gym. Can't wait til the weather's nice enough to run outside.

Excellent, Techchic2010! I know what you mean by running - nothing else quite like it. Glad you could get back to it.
We have nice weather here in Colorado, but given that it is March, we are due for a high-volume snow fall any week. I agree, it is much easier to get outside when the weather is nice.

I love running and have been missing it so much. I'm really glad I have been using the elliptical though. It kept my stamina up so I was able to run quite a distance the first time back. The weather here in Jersey is yo-yoing up and down, but I get cold very easily, so I probably won't venture out until very late spring. Spring is just around the corner, can't wait. :)
