I'm proud of the effort I put in and the changes I am making, but I just weighed in and I GAINED! hard not to be discouraged...

Hi Meteormom, there can be a number of reasons why the scale ticked up vs down. Water weight is usually the most common reason, especially if it is a rapid and/or large weight uptick. But if you would like me to help you troubleshoot, you can share data with just me (“Dietitian”):
- Log into the web program
- Select "Community" tab
- Select "Forum" link
- Click my nickname "Dietitian" at the top of this post
- Scroll down to “Attitudes Between Me & Dietitian"
- Change your attitude from "neutral" to "friendly"
- Select "My Community Profile" from your middle toolbar (top of screen)
- Go to "My Information Sharing Settings"
- Find "Dietitian" row and checkmark all the data boxes and then tap SAVE (which is directly beneath the last nickname in the list).
- Let me know when you want me to view your data.
