I like this idea of smaller rewards. I love flowers but have a hard time spending money on the. I am going to buy myself flowers for each 5#s I lose.

Hi ShasheF- Did you end up buying yourself flowers? I think that is a great idea! I especially enjoy fresh flowers in the winter when we (in Colorado) are spending more time in doors. Thanks for sharing! Joanna (Dietician)

I love the idea of buying savory tea as a reward! Tazo, Twinings, Stash. They have yummy flavors like baked apple cinnamon, wild sweet orange, chamomile, mint, lemongrass....... Feels like a treat without the calories!
Another indulgence I personally like is aromatherapy. You can get sprays, oils, roll-ons. Eucalyptus or mint to perk you up, lavender for relaxation.
There are many "non-food" ways for us to treat/reward ourselves! Build your list!
Any other ideas? Brenda (Dietitian, MyNetDiary)
