This is very encouraging!! Good luck to all of us. But it is really true. Calorie counting, portion control and different choices are what really works. I've never counted calories before but I have counted weight watcher points. I prefer calorie counting so far. It just makes more sense. And this app is awesome!


Congrats Cindy G on your first 20 lbs lost. This app and calorie counting are working great for me also - I've lost 50+ lbs in 1.5 years and kept it off since 2014. Very nice to be healthy looking for the pictures in each of my daughters' weddings.

Not sure where you're located. But here in Chicagoland, Chicago police Superintendent Eddie Johnson just had a kidney transplanted from his son and the operation was deemed successful. This just happened last week ... here is a link:

Hi missjessel. Curious in what u are doing to loose ur weight and is this ur first diet ever or have u yo yo dieted before. Sounds like ur on right road for sure. So hard , I know. But trust me if I can do it anyone can. I love food no matter what it is I've always eaten it,, so difficult. Congrats and don't give up??
