First Goal Weight Topic


I've just reached my first big goal of losing 1 stone in weight which I'm pretty excited about. I've been using the app to track my food and water every day. Not going to rush the weight loss as I've done that before, just taking it slow and steady as I have quite a lot more to lose yet, but trying to stay motivated every day.

Awesome job! Yes, slow and steady! It’s not always about seeing that scale move.. for me it’s about how I feel.. I don’t have heartburn anymore!
