Food suggestion I got at weight management Topic


I trudge off every week to Weight Management. Some weeks I learn from the professional running the group some weeks from the member. This week I got a food suggestion from a member that I tried today. Thought I would share. I love Chobani greek plain yogurt(plain gives you more and you can modify it). Well her suggestion was 1 cup of frozen blueberries microwaves (I did 5 minute) with some sweetener I added Stevia when finished micowaving,Mixed in the yogurt and topped with 1/4cup of Kashi go lean 100 cal for the yogurt,70 for the berries and 48 for the kashi. You probably have tried this but if you haven't you might want to-Fran


Sounds delicious! I haven't tried that but I will!
