fresh start Topic


Just having a horrible time with eating(: right now. Don't know what is going on with me. Portion control is beyond me. So tonight since I'm a free account I had to close my old account open a new and start fresh again and again and again. I'm sure not getting any healthier so I just got to do this. Changing so things like groceries, and not more whole pot fixings. To me a whole pot that should be 10 or 12 servings is 4...got to change that too many calories eating. Here it goes starting a different eating, cooking habit!!


Since last post July 24 been staying on eating healthy. Had a good weight lost!! Decided to stick with what eating and don't try anything new for awhile. I know what I eat and calories in it and I like it why change anything. So until I get bored with what I am eating hope my weight continues to go down.


Keeping it up, ya! I had to make a little tweak in my food everyday. Need to stay away from adding black beans or kidney beans to my salads and smoked turkey sausage to my green beans. Flare up big time with gout in my leg and foot...so much pain. But that is alright don't need them anyways there is so much other healthier food to use. Green beans I like this pork flavor something like goyla and salad very little whole wheat pasta for texture.


Still hanging in. I have been eating too many carbs though. Still losing around 2 pounds per week. Sure hope can keep up. Been craving sweet today...not good. I had a fudgsicle
it helped. Since I started over about 3 weeks ago been losing so thats a good thing.


Having trouble staying on track. Food addiction came out on me. After eating wrong foods I have been feeling awful, sluggish, and disappointed in my self. So hopefully I will remember when the addiction comes back the next time and it will. Back on track today feeling better with the food choices and how it reacts in my body.
