maintenance calories NOT accurate.
I have been to multiple medical professionals (3 nutritionists, 6 medical doctors) all of which have said that my maintenance, as a young 5”3.0 girl are 2,500-3,000 calories. On this app it says that my maintenance is 1800!!!! That is SO inaccurate and I would like the makers of the app to change this. it gives people the wrong impression about what their body needs to function.
