Current goal: Revised Goal: I've lost about 30 pounds since starting. New goal is to get in the healthy BMI range by fall (rather than overweight BMI range). Focus on protiens: staying away from starch and refined sugar.

More info: Chronic back problems have been an issue for the past 7 years. This year, multiple bulging discs made me realize that I can't afford to put off getting fit any longer. I'm 45 and need to be fit and healthy.
