Gluten Free, lactose free Topic

Does anyone have any healthy GOOD TASTING recipes that are gluten free and/or lactose free? My big issue is breakfast. I need something that I can literally eat in my car due to the nature of my job. I eat granola out of a baggie, and either hard boiled egg whites or a fruit cup. I would like some variety! Any suggestions?
