I felt so good last Monday, and so disappointed this Monday. I weighed, and am only down .5 lbs in the last two weeks. I better get that exercise going better. I do have faith in this program and just have to stick with it.

I've heard people say that it's never easy but nothing that's worth it ever is!! The fight makes us stronger. You can do this!! Xx


I know I haven't been posting much but I'm going to try to more often. So I have had a few bad days when my eating was not so good, but I am officially -20 lbs from where I started on June 9 when I decided to get on this, I have 97lbs left, but I have never made it below the 100 lb mark of desired loss before losing motivation before so I am thrilled!!!

Iff we do nothing about pur weight or exercise, nothing will happen. Action is the Key. Both in how, what we do for eating and exercise, followed by journalling, and being accountable both to ourselves and others. I find journalling is huge for me. If I don;t post or particiapate in my groups, I don't do as well. If I don't journal my food and exercise, I don't do as well.


You are on the right track Gettingmarried, and have got through a huge breakthrough getting to be less than that 100 lb mark. Keep up the good work.


Racheybabes, thanks for all the support. You are right anything worth doing isn't always easy. I do feel stronger this week. Hopefully it will pay off.

Yea Yea. Weighed today and now have less than 10lbs to lose to reach goal. Lost 4 lbs over the last two weeks, and now weigh 174.5, so just under 10lbs to lose. Will need help to reevaluate that goal when I get there. Gone again for the weekend, this time a long weekend. look forward to reading your posts while I am away. Have a great weekend all,

I must remember this as a try to lose this last 10 lbs. I have definetly stumbled with the exercise part of my plan this last week, but that continous effort must start again this morning. Have a great weekend everybody.
