Hi, I'm new here and thought I would introduce myself. I'm 66 years old and trying to lose about 42 pounds. This site is the best.

I just put my 23 pound turkey in the oven for Thanksgiving. Going to have lots of family here today. My plan is to eat just a little of everything and not stuff myself. I have 9 grandkids here today and want to enjoy them. Hope everybody has a nice Thanksgiving.
