Having a moan Topic


I have been very good since end of February and I have lost 5.3kg. I was meant to reach my goal of 59 kg next week. But since end of last week my scale is stuck on 60.7 to 60.5. I can neither eat less nor increase my exercise. It's so frustrating!


Greetings Dodo- Nice job on your weight loss! Sometimes when folks hit a plateau they forget their progress. Glad you are able to notice where you have come from. I sense your frustration and wanted to make sure you were aware of some articles we have available for members on how to handle weight loss plateaus.

Thanks for the encouragement Joanna. I have read both articles you suggested. I understand that, as I get nearer to my ideal weight it will become harder. My ideal weight is 58.5kg I'm only 5ft2 (small frame). I will stick to it and leave the scale alone for a week. Will let you know a week Friday.
