Healthy Recipes- Post yours here! Topic

If anyone has any good recipes to share, please do! I need some ideas to help keep away from fast food and sweets. So far I've found that carrots and apples are really good for keeping me full after a meal, but the meal itself is the hard part for me!

I have found a ton of good healthy recipes on the epicurious and whole foods apps. I use this from my phone so not really able to type in full recipes lol

Hi,

I make stir frys for dinner as the veggies fill you up and no need for any carb at dinner. I go either 100g of tofu or 130g chicken which i stir fry with chilli paste, garlic, and ginger once that is cooked i throw in snow peas, brocoli, cauliflower, carrot, capsicum and bok choy which i stir fry for a minute of so then add some soy sauce and some oyster sauce. Healthy, clean and delicious!

(obvi veggies are carbs but good ones which are easily processed.)

I also like to make an omlette for brekky:

1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1 tablespoon extra light ricotta, spring onions, sun dried tomatoes, mushroom and spinich. High protein low carb, low calories and filling.

For lunch a nice one is (sounds weird) but rocket, grilled chicken, strawberries and slivered almonds. Make a slad dressing with balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lemon juice. This is delicious!

Roasted Garlic Meatballs. Lemme know if you want more details.

I've been doing a lot of tin foil chicken. Really easy, put chicken in tinfoil, add herbs, lemon juice, garlic, whatever u want basically, wrap it up and cook at 180celsius for about 30 mins. Super juicy and healthy. Tried a mustard and honey version last night, super good!

I've found some great recipes on this website. Mostly healthy, vegan meals and desserts, they're wonderful! http://www.cearaskitchen.com/
