I started using the app in February and lost about 10lbs before my wedding in March... But since my wedding it's like I lost all willpower. I used to be able to stick religiously to the app and that was the key to my success... SO, I am upping my motivation by trying to get more involved and accountable. I just need to get started again! -April

Glad you are working on making good choices. I am having a hard time as well. I have lost a lot of wait and gained 10 pounds back. The hard part, like you, I that I know what to do I just don't want to do it enough to actually do it. This is a constant battle for me.

I remember the feeling of losing for a wedding, then gaining it back. After my wedding we starting to try getting pregnant. It ended up being quick for us, because I had just lost weight. Then 3 years later, I had gained so much back. Wanting to have another kid, I lost 35 lbs, and then got pregnant right away. What's my point? I think the body likes when you lose weight and rewards you in ways you might not expect. Stay motivated by that advice, and check back in for more posting.....admitting stuff in writing will help.

Hi MBody, I totally know what you mean about admitting what is really going on to yourself to make a change. I lose weight for a wedding last year, but have gained half of it back and only today acknowledged that I need to start making some changes and start 'tracking' what I eat again. I love eating, so its easy for extra items to sneak in without being aware!
One of things that has helped me in the past, is to 'Just do it' or 'Don't think Just do!' when it comes to committing to goals, especially exercise. Its time for me to just do it again and stop over-thinking and justifying inaction.
