Hello Topic


I am new to the site, but I am loving it so far. I have two children, a 9-year-old daughter and an 8-year-old son. It is so hard to stay on track with them, and my husband (fast food junkie), 2 jobs, and school.


Also, I am afraid that my daughter is traveling down the same path as me. I want to make sure that doesn't happen, without making her obsessive about her weight. I'm not sure how to do that.


Hi! I'm soon to be 25 with a one year old (on Saturday) trying to lose weight. I recently found out I have bulging and herniated discs in my back. I need to drop some poundage to ease my back and leg pain so I can be a funtioning mommy. Not a mom who's always miserable because she's in pain.
