Hi, I am new to this website and I'm hoping that I can get something out of it. I've tried previous diet and exercise plans but they didnt seem to work. I've also had an issue with binging as I have binges a lot in the past, so I'm hoping I can over come those issues.


I hope you do well too! I've had similar problems but I've been doing well with MND along with other changes.


I find that MND helps with emotional eating because it forces me to be mindful about what I put in my mouth.
Now I just need to use it consistently!

I am also a binge eater. I hate it but keep doing it. I get so frustrated with myself.
Also wondering how I keep track of responses to comments, posts, blogs, etc.


I binge as well, probably more than most. Night time is my problem.
