Hello! Just thought I should introduce myself!
My name is franki, I have tried pretty much every diet going, and nothing works! This time I'm going to make it work by eating healthy and exercise! I have come to realise "diets" don't work! They just make you even bigger than before when the weight creeps back on! This is a lifestyle change, and I'm grabbing it with both hands! Im going to need as much help and motivation I can get, and I'm really hoping this is where I will find it!
