I have entered a "biggest losser" within my family, and the winner gets cash. I really need everyones help/tips/advised/ and suggestions on loosing weight. I have been doing 40-50 minutes on the treadmill but i have noticed am not sore at all. is that a bad thing? am i not working out right? and i dont see any difference. Of course ill have the ocassional small bag of hot cheetos but not too extreme and this week has been hard, customer service week, and we have treated with snacks gift card and the worst pizza hut pizza. i really need help guys anyting is greatly appreciated!

Hey Pmbtx good luck for your "biggest losser" :) I hope you can reach your goal. How often do u do treadmill a week? maybe your body is already familiar with this effort so u don't feel sore at all. Do a lot of cardio for loosing weight. If you go in this site http://www.blogilates.com/?s=treadmill you have a "treadmill workout" that really make u sweat :)Try to eat clean I know it's hard (I also try to avoid junk food and sweet and my sister brought home a chocolate cake -_-) If you want to eat something unhealthy just think that:
1-you already eat a junk food this week (If you love sweet thing like me take a day when you can eat it don't overdo!!!)
2-think about your future sexy body
3-think about the money you will win ;)
