Every single day, it tells me that i do not get enough fiber for breakfast, but i do not know what to eat then!!?? Can you Help me!!?


I eat kasha go lean honey with flax seeds. It tastes good to me but I don't know if you'll like it. You could also make a strawberry and banana smoothie and add some fiber supplement! Or you do a spinach,strawberry and orange smoothie with a packet of Stevie and blend it together! It's delicious and has a lot of fiber and nutrients!


I do smoothies everyday for breakfast and get a ton of fiber. Flax is a great fiber supplement, I have a tbsp every morning.

Oat meal is last a great breakfast fiber source.

Fruits and veggies too.

I guess it depends on what types of foods you like or want to eat. Google high fiber foods and seem what appeals to you.
