HELP!!! Topic


I all of a sudden am craving carbs today - potatoes, bread, pasta, rice!!! What can I do instead? Any suggestions? :/


Or is that all startch? Idk but I need help!


Sometimes when you are craving carbs it's because you have been eliminating something from your diet. Have you got enough fiber healthy fats and protien? A good balance of those will help with carb cravings. Everything in moderation:)


That makes sense, I haven't been getting enough good fats or protein! I average about 30-40 grams short of my protein requirement a day!..will be getting a good protein shake mix this wk to add to my diet!
