How can I gain weight.

Hi,

Personally, I find that carbohydrates and proteins are the best way to quickly gain weight. They are the things I try to avoid when attempting to lose weight so I assume it works the other way round too. However, too many carbohydrates isn’t healthy and be careful not to just eat those constantly, they still need to be balanced out with fruit and vegetables. Dairy is really good too. I make my son (17) power rounds. Protein balls packed with nuts, whole grains & seeds, peanut butter, white chocolates and rolled in flax seeds. There are loads of examples of Pinterest. He grabs them whenever he is snacky, they pack healthy calories while not overfilling him

Thanks for asking.
I like to eat things such as Scotch eggs or cocktail sausages, reduced fat crisps, energy bars and low fat yoghurt. These give lots of protein and calories without making you fat, unhealthy and full.
