HELP-INSPIRATION NEEDED!!! Topic


I'm trying to completely overhaul my lifestyle by making better choices, but I need some motivation and inspiration!!


As far as motivation, I know it's a brand slogan now but thing of What You'll Gain When You Loose. For me loosing weight means I have less pain and more mobility from an intense sports injury from last year. For you that will be something different. For some it's their children, for others it's freedom of movement. The only thing I can say is that it should be more than a dress size, mentally separating weight loss from looks was the best thing I've ever done.

As for inspiration, I've lost 55lbs since starting with MND, about another 10 before that. I've got 90lbs to go but I'm making progress. I don't loose everyday and occasionally I eat over my calories but I just get right back on the next day.

Loosing weight and keeping it off its a quick fix diet, it's a lifestyle change you keep for the rest of your life. Find the things that make the came worth it and focus on that.
