Hello- I am starting to eat low-carb and need some help with breakfast ideas. I used to love cereal or toast and eggs. Now those are out of the picture. Thanks in advance!

eggs/egg whites with no toast! make a big omelet with lots of veggies and cheese. also, yogurt bowls with peanut butter and fruits are great!
