I'm new to the team and I have 30lbs to lose!!! I've been doing a lot of cardio and weight training so that I lose and tone at the same time! If anyone has any diet or exercise tips I'd love to hear them. Good luck to everyone


I too am relatively new here. Have about 18 left to reach my current goal but that is about 14Ibs less than the goal my dr set me, doing this in small chunks.(18 sounds easier than 32). Looking for lots of weight loss buddies and hoping that the mutual
Support will help with achieving this for the first time in 20 yrs.

I started using net diary in October and have lost 10lbs. Christmas got in the way! So I am now back on track. I have learned alot about food values. I find the site very helpful and encouraging! I wanted to join this group because it looks like you are one of the most successful...making progress is what we all want. I am 60 (in 3 weeks)and 5´7" at 200lbs now and hope to reach 156 which I understand would be a good weight for me. I like the idea of setting small goals to reach so for now I´d like to lose 7lbs for my birthday on the 22nd
