I'm new to the group still tryin to figure this app out ??.. I posted 2 post not sure if I posted it right so they both almost say the same thing. Anyways I'm tryin to lose 47 lbs by May 17 it would be AWESOME if it was sooner I'm really determined. My husband has been working out and gaining weight which was his goal and now he looks like an Abercrombie model ??so I gotta catch up.


Hi Daisies, welcome to the group. I just joined myself. I've been using MyNetDiary for years now however I have gone periods without using the app. I found new purpose and determination to lose the unnecessary and excessive weight I have put on over the years. I've been focused since this past June and have lost 65lbs to date. I am just starting to exercise now so it should be interesting how my body responds to it. What has truly helped me is my decision to go Paleo. I call it Caveman to the extreme. The weight has been coming off - thanks to cutting out gluten, dairy and sugars. You can definitely lose that 47 pounds by May. Are you looking to simply go on a diet or are you changing your lifestyle through food and exercise?
