I am just starting to TTC baby #2 now and really want to take better control of my weight gain this pregnancy. Last time I gained almost 60lbs and had gestational diabetes. I did lose all the weight, but it took 15 months! This time I want to watch what I eat and gain a smaller amount that I will be able to lose faster after baby is born. I also want to be more active this pregnancy and keep going to the gym.

Details about me:
I'm 26, live in Canada and am a substitute high school teacher 2 days/week. I have a 16 month old son named Andrew. I am 5'4 and currently weigh 143lbs.
