Hello everyone. I'm 32 as well and I live in Louisiana. I started out about 10 month ago at 212 pounds. I am down to 186 and I've been stuck fluctuating back and forth around that weight. I'm just getting back into exercising again since the holidays are over. I look forward to keeping up with you guys and showing each other support and encouragement along the way.

Hi everyone! I just joined this messaging thing today! I started MND on January 3, 2013 and so far so good. I started at 215.6 and I am at 208.4 as of today. Im a 35 year old mother of 4 whose been married for 17 years to my high school sweetheart! Looking for some buddies on here to help everyone keep their motivation UP, UP, UP!! My overall goal is to get down to 155, but my immediate goal is to weigh 184 by April 11.


I have been using MND since feb 19th 2012. I am new to the support forum groups. I am 36 yr old F, 5'7", before weight was 195.4lbs. My current weight is 129.8lbs. I am needing support in maintaining my weight loss. Even gaining a lb makes me so nervous. Thanks


Wow we have lots of 30 something's from Australia & California. I'm from San Gabriel Valley area about 20 minutes from Los Angeles. Welcome all newcomers. Just joined. Myself this week. It's been very rough but I can see a difference in my energy level already!

What a super cold day here in MN. I am new to MND. Looking forward to starting fresh and staying motivated. My goal is to lose as much weight that I can with in the next year. For sure I am wanting to lose 60 lbs.

Hi everyone. I'm brand new to this Team but not to this app...I've been using this app for over a year now..it's amazing and I have done very well. I started my weight loss journey Jan 4, 2012 and as of Jan 4, 2013 I have hit my weight loss goal of 45 pounds. I am now in the maintain phase...which I am begining to realize is just as hard if not harder than the lose phase.

Good Morning everyone.I am 36 and Newbie to this here as well. I live in BC, mother of four. I quit smoking .5 months ago and have but on a few pounds, lol. I am only looking to loose 15 to 20 pounds but I need despratly to get back into shape. I have not excersised alot in my adult life but always active if not at work then with kids but definatly not in shape. I have ripped in 30 and extreme shred as well. I was wondering why face is redder than Jillians all the time haahaa. Looking forward to meeting anyone and everyone.
