Hi Everyone! New and trying to shift the last stone! Topic


Hi guys!

I've been using MND to log my food for a while now but never knew there was a community side to it aswell!

I've been losing weight since January this year. I've been following the slimming world plan and have lost 37 lbs. Got to 44 1/2 at one point but over the last couple of months I have been struggling. I'm now at a healthy weight and am wearing size 10 clothes, I'm feeling good about myself and have kind of stopped dieting properly. Even though I am at a healthy weight, my target is 150 and I need to get there (150 is still a healthy weight for me). I work out nearly everyday at the gym or am out running so I have the activity side sorted, it's just the dreaded food! Keep on reaching for the crisps! Logging everything down has been really helpful, especially this week, I'm going to get weighed tonight and am hoping for a 3lb loss! I have been really good.

Well that's a bit about me looking forward to getting to know you all a bit better!
