Hi I am new here Topic


Started last year walking 6 miles then had to move and haven't been walking but once every week. I do try to eat more salads, fruit and vegetables. I cook more rather then eating out, but I have gotten into a bad habit of stress eating. I am almost lethargic all day to food and then in the evening after 7pm get hungry. This is also my over thinking time and then I eat too much in one sitting. A meal to 2 meals at once.

There have been a lot of changes too much to explain here if you can see my blog read the My Story.

My goals are small. Right now I would like to lost 25lbs and then when I get there I will create another goal. The overall goal was too intimidating.

P.S. I am going to be 50 in March, but the 50 group says over 50 and I am not even willing to admit I am going to be 50, lol


Just wanted to send a hug and say your not alone. Evenings are my overthink times too and then I want to eat everything.


Thank you and same to you. Yes I struggle with stress eating at night as well. Finding upping the protein to 20 to 30g per meal and doing equate max protein shake/banana/light and fit greek yogurt fills me and just not having temptations in the house is a lot better. I even tried protein bars but they taste too much like candy and I will overeat still. Also the natures promise sweet rice rolls are filling and taste amazing. I was worried because I do not like rice cakes but they are different.
