Hi there. My name's Shevy and I'm new to this diet and exercise tracking tool.
I just had a baby girl a little over a month ago (my third daughter), and I am excited to get back into eating well and exercising after birth. After the birth of my second daughter, I succeeded in losing 21kg (yes, for real) using a certain other diet program, and by dancing ballet regularly (which was a new love at the time). That program is based on mindful eating techniques and a holistic approach to dieting and exercise. I was the happiest I have ever been while I was losing weight on that program.
Now, I am keen to do the same again. I am committed to eating a balanced, healthy diet and getting back into my ballet slippers.
Today is the first day I danced ballet since I found out I was pregnant (I had absolutely no energy or motivation then), and it is like breathing for the first time.
I look forward to sharing your diet and exercise journeys and to getting to know new friends.
All the best,
Shevy

Hi Shevy-
Welcome to MyNetDiary and congrats on your newest family member!
Good for you for finding bits of time for yourself. Taking care of kids is demanding and your ballet sounds like a great way to rejuvenate.
