Hello, i am new to group and site
I am looking to lose just over 100 pounds over all ..
i have lost 60 pounds over the last few years
now its time to get down to buissness and push the last out ..
my heighest ever was 312 pounds, currently 254
goal weight 150 -+

Just took big breath and realized at 60 some years old and can't enjoy life due to my weight..it is time! I was in WW 5 years ago and lost only to put it back on after leaving. So I need the everyday help but only free. Hoping to see some ideas from all of you to lose 140 pounds yes I said 140. New year with prayers to live a healthy and better life!

New Year we all are tracking our healthy diet. I know I have a long road ahead of me and I'm traveling it and I may stop and smell the roses and even step back and smell a different one but as long I don't stop to long and keep going down the road someday I will make it and be healthy as we are to be. Hope all of you keep traveling an don't stop to often!

Good morning Glendak...I have been using this tracking for about 1 month. Not to many people write on this site but I continue to, it helps me stay positive and keep striving. I have a blog I just write what my mine is thinking and it helps a lot to know when I'm losing I'm staying positive and my set backs I'm thinking of nothing but food. So this also helps me get my mine off of food since I have at least 120 pounds to lose for a healthy me. I wish you luck on a healthy you and to be able to live life to it fullest!

Hope so also..just stay positive and think healthy and I'm sure we will make it. Let me know if you find a great low calories food that gets you thru this journey.

Was a busy Monday. I didn't have time to journal my food but in my mind I know I ate pretty good in my limits. Journaling is important to me It is an overlook, or it like I see what I put in my body and reminded all day long so I stay within my calories. Don' want to slip I will get back on it tomorrow. It is 1:30 am so rest is important so I best get to bed and start another day of 100% being healthy!
